Return Policy:
- Returns require an advance Return Authorization number (RA#);
- Please phone 800-659-9702 to obtain the RA#;
- We will issue an RA# only on products shipped within the last 30 days;
- Include this RA# on the address label of the returned package;
- Defective or damaged products must be shipped freight prepaid; and
- Replacement is shipped freight prepaid.

Prints will ship within 2-3 business days. Framed prints normally ship within 7-10 business days. However, if a frame is on backorder it may take 6-8 weeks to ship.

Orders shipped within Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBERS & ORDER DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:
Visartonline.com will forward an email to purchaser with order tracking number for UPS to the email address provided upon ordering.
